Push & pull strength

Grip strength

What is it?

The device that turns your assessment into science

A lot of rehabilitation and movement assessments are based on clinical experience, assessing how you move, how muscles activate, where compensations happen, and what the body is doing as a whole. Those things are incredibly important, and we still use all of them. But now, with the DynaMo by VALD Performance, we can also measure it objectively. The DynaMo is a handheld dynamometer and inclinometer used by professional sports teams and elite rehabilitation clinics worldwide. It allows us to test your push, pull, grip strength, and range of motion across major joints in your body, and give you real numbers. Those numbers become your baseline, allowing us to track your progress over time and see measurable improvements as your body gets stronger and more capable.

Range of motion

Every major joint

📊

Your progress is measured, not estimated

We give you real numbers, force in kilograms, range of motion in degrees. You can see, session by session, exactly how much stronger you are getting. No more 'I think you're improving.'

You shouldn't have to take our word for it

Why it matters

🔍

Left vs right. Strong vs weak.

The DynaMo compares both sides of your body. If your left knee is producing 30% less force than your right, we know, and we fix it before it becomes an injury or a setback.

📋

A report you can take home

After your assessment, we generate a full report showing your results, your benchmarks, and your progress over time. You leave knowing exactly where you stand and what we're working towards.

Step 1

We select your tests

Based on your condition and goals, we build a custom test battery for your body and what we need to measure.

What to expect in your session

Step 2

We run the assessment

Quick, non-invasive tests. You push or pull against the device, or hold a position while we measure your range.

The process

Step 3

You see your results in real time

Results appear instantly on screen, you watch your own strength data as it's recorded. No waiting, no guessing.

Step 4

We build your plan

Your results become the foundation of your personalised programme. We know exactly what needs to be stronger, more mobile, or more balanced, and we build a plan around it.

💪

Upper body strength

Shoulder, elbow, wrist push and pull force measured with precision.

🔄

Range of motion

Joint mobility measured in precise degrees for accurate mapping.

Hundreds of tests. Every major joint. One device.

Whether you're recovering from surgery, managing chronic pain, training for performance, or simply want to know where your body is at, the DynaMo can assess it.

🦵

Lower body strength

Hip, knee, ankle strength and force output tracked objectively.

⚖️

Left vs right comparison

Identify imbalances early before they manifest as injuries.

What we measure

Grip strength

A key indicator of overall health and functional capacity.

📈
