What to expect
Not your average group class
Our group sessions are led by a registered biokineticist, not a generic fitness instructor. Every class is structured around correct movement, muscle activation and progressive loading. You'll work hard, but you'll work correctly.
Small groups — maximum 6 people per session
Progressive programming that builds week on week
Suitable for all fitness levels, including post-injury
Post-rehab patients
You've finished your individual sessions and want to maintain and build on your progress in a supportive group environment.
Active adults
You want to train correctly, prevent injury and improve your strength and mobility under specialist guidance.
Beginners
You've never exercised consistently and want to start in a safe, structured, non-intimidating environment.
