Rehabilitation session
In my follow-up sessions, we'll review the exercises I provided after the initial evaluation to ensure you understand them correctly. I will adjust and progress the exercises as needed to help you move closer to your goals. Since everyone is unique, I continually tweak and adapt the exercises based on how your body responds to them during each session.

Free 15min in-person (or over the phone) meeting
I’ve found that once people decide to come in for a session, they quickly see the value of my services, and I consistently receive positive feedback and results. The challenge, however, is getting people to take that first step and make an appointment. Many are unsure about what a biokineticist does or whether I can help with their specific situation. That’s why I offer a free 20-minute consultation—a no-strings-attached chat to address any questions or concerns you may have, and to see if and how I can assist you. It’s simply an opportunity to discuss your needs and explore your options.

Body Compositions Analysis
The INBODY Scale uses bioelectrical impedance analysis (BIA) to measure key body composition parameters within a few seconds. To ensure precise measurements, it sends multiple electrical currents through the body, generating up to six different impedance readings for the trunk and each of the four limbs, including Skeletal Muscle Mass, Body Fat Mass, and Body Fat Percentage.
