Head Biokineticist and Practice owner
At the heart of my Biokinetics practice is a deep passion for people—helping them move better, feel stronger, and find hope when they’ve lost it.
I believe the body is designed to heal when given the right tools, and that’s what drives my whole-body approach to rehab. Instead of just treating symptoms, I focus on uncovering the root cause, educating my clients along the way, and guiding them toward long-term healing and injury prevention.
I’m a proud mom of two busy little boys, happily married, and passionate about living an active, pain-free life—not just for myself, but for my family. I train so I can play, run, and be fully present. That’s the kind of life I want for my clients too—whether it’s keeping up with your sport, chasing after your grandkids, or simply feeling good in your own body again.
Being part of the Paarl community is a privilege, and nothing brings me more joy than seeing my clients grow stronger, regain confidence, and live life to the fullest.

Hi, I'm Zani
Intern Biokineticist
I’m Zani van Zyl. I graduated with a BSc Honours Biokinetics degree at the University of Stellenbosch.
I have a strong foundation in human movement science, rehabilitation, and exercise prescription.
My journey in biokinetics is fueled by a passion for helping people move better, feel better, and reach their health and fitness goals.
I’m someone who’s passionate about people, growth, and making a positive difference. I enjoy connecting with others, listening to their stories, and creating meaningful relationships.
In my free time, I love spending time outdoors, learning new things, and reflecting on ways to grow personally.
Running is one of my favorite ways to stay active and enjoy the rhythm of movement and fresh air.
