Hi! I’m so glad you’re here. 
I’m a qualified Biokineticist with a real passion for helping deskbound workers overcome the aches, pains, and stiffness that come from sitting all day (which, let’s be honest, is a modern-day epidemic!).

Over the years, I’ve worked with hundreds of clients—from high-performance athletes to everyday professionals—helping them recover from injuries, reduce pain, and build strength and resilience. But one group I’ve become especially passionate about is office workers.

Many people don’t realize just how damaging prolonged sitting can be. The effects creep in slowly—neck pain, poor posture, shoulder tension, even long-term joint and spine issues—and often go untreated until they’re severe. That’s why I focus not just on rehab, but preventative care. My goal is to educate and empower you, so you can take action before pain becomes a bigger problem.

And I get it—personally. I also have long admin days and know what it feels like to stiffen up in front of a screen. For me, the turning point came when I realized it’s not about doing long, complicated routines—it’s about small, consistent changes that fit into your actual workday. That’s the approach I take with every client.
